Spa Membership

As an Estura owner you will enjoy a two year complimentary membership of the Harbour Spa, the deluxe facilities of the adjacent Salcombe Harbour Hotel. You will be welcome to use the 52 square metre pool, hydro pool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped gymnasium.

additional membership can also be bought at a reduced rate if an owner want to let their property to holiday rental tenants.

The hotel’s other facilities live up to its 4-star plus status, including a relaxing lounge bar and restaurant where you can enjoy al fresco meals on the sweeping terrace, with fabulous views.


The Salcombe Harbour Hotel’s own repair and maintenance team can be on hand seven days a week, 9am to 5pm and for emergency callouts (extra charge). The Maintenance Package will be circa £1,800 per annum.


The Hotel housekeeping team can attend your property providing once a month internal window cleaning and weekly full-house clean. The Housekeeping Package will be circa £2,500 per annum. The Maintenance and Housekeeping packages are sold on a 12 month rolling contract and may be subject to VAT.

Further service package upgrades

Additional, chargeable housekeeping services will be available through the hotel on request orin addition to any subscribed package; this can include full linen hire. The hotel have confirmed that their bar and kitchens will also be available to you and your guests providing anything from their ‘room service’ menu to hire of a chef or cocktail waiter to cater for your party.
